How do I waive my UNC Charlotte health insurance?

How do I get a parking pass?

I have Advance Placement (AP) credits that need to be applied to my student record. Who do I see about this?

The Admissions department, located on the first floor of the Cato building, will be able to assist with questions regarding AP credit.  For your convenience, a complete list of transferable AP credit is viewable here.

I’m a new transfer student. Will my AP credits that were applied to my previous college transcripts be transferred to UNC Charlotte?

No.  You must request new scores from College Board to be sent directly to the Office of Undergraduate Admissions, UNC Charlotte, 9201 University City Blvd., Charlotte, NC 28223 where AP scores are processed.

My residency status is out-of-state. How do I get this updated?

Where is the bookstore?

The campus bookstore, Barnes & Noble, is located in the Student Union.

I need verification that I am enrolled at UNC Charlotte. Where can I get this?

My parents are not able to get information about my student account, financial aid or academic record. What do I need to do so these offices can speak with them?

Students can grant view access to their academic records through the Guest Access Portal (GAP) and provide guests a ‘passphrase’ to mention to offices as proof of authorization. Please see the information here.
