| If you registered for classes between May 29 and July 8, or incurred any new charges after May 28 | by 11:59 p.m. on July 8, 2025 | Pay the total amount due on your account -or- Pay the difference of all charges minus “offered” financial aid** -or- Enroll in a UNC Charlotte payment plan that will cover the total balance due, and be current on your installments. |
Spring 2025

| If you registered for classes on or before Dec. 4 | by 11:59 p.m. on Dec. 4, 2024 | Pay the total amount due on your account including health insurance*, if applicable -or- Pay the difference of all charges minus “offered” financial aid* -or- Enroll in a UNC Charlotte payment plan that will cover the total balance due, and be current on your installments. |
| If you registered for classes between Dec. 5 and Jan. 21, or incurred any new charges after Dec. 4 | by 11:59 p.m. on Jan. 22, 2025 | Pay the total amount due on your account including health insurance*, if applicable -or- Pay the difference of all charges minus “offered” financial aid** -or- Enroll in a UNC Charlotte payment plan that will cover the total balance due, and be current on your installments. |
*To avoid course cancellation, the electronic waiver must be completed and posted prior to the Spring 2025 payment due date. Waivers may take up to 15 days upon submission to be approved by Student Blue and posted on your student account. Electronic waivers approved on or after the payment and before Jan. 31, 2025 will be credited to your account.
**You must submit the Title IV authorization in MyCharlotte for financial aid to be applied toward non-institutional charges like health insurance.
***If you do not plan to attend this semester, you should withdraw from all classes to avoid financial obligations.
