Cost of Attendance (COA) Adjustment Form
  • The Office of Financial Aid uses an estimate of your cost to attend college as a basis for awarding your aid. Your cost of attendance is developed according to guidelines established by the Dept. of Ed, your state residency, housing, and degree level. Some costs, besides those allowed in the standard cost of attendance, may serve as an obstacle to completing your degree.
  • Access the current form here. Please note, you may only submit the form for one semester at a time.
  • Please confirm that your summer enrollment is finalized before submitting this adjustment form. Any change to your enrollment may change your eligibility and result in a loss of aid. All approved COA forms will be reviewed a second time after census to verify that no change was made to enrollment.
